Seawater desalination (SWRO)
High-pressure reverse osmosis turning seawater into drinking, process or utility water, with energy recovery.
Seawater desalination, reverse osmosis, filtration and wastewater reuse. Designed, manufactured and commissioned by AFG, engineering since 2012, now supplied to the UAE.

Yes. Every system on this site is designed and manufactured by AFG at its factory and engineering base in Antalya, Türkiye, where the company has worked since 2012. AFG Dubai, in Business Bay, is the UAE office. It handles quotes and project contact, and coordinates installation, commissioning, operator training, service and spare parts for customers in the UAE and the wider GCC.
From the Dubai office we supply projects in the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman and Bahrain. Systems are manufactured in Antalya and engineered around each site's water and operating conditions. If your project is elsewhere in the region, send the details through the quote form and we will confirm how we can help.
Sixteen families: seawater desalination (SWRO), reverse osmosis, ultrafiltration, sand and activated carbon filtration, automatic backwash filters, water softening, cartridge and Big One filters, demineralisation, EDI, arsenic, iron and manganese and boron removal, UV and ozone disinfection, greywater recovery, wastewater treatment and modular water tanks, plus spare parts and consumables.
Every system is engineered from the raw water analysis, the daily or hourly capacity, the quality the product water must reach and the site's operating conditions. The same information decides the pre-treatment, the membrane or media selection, the automation and the footprint. That is why there is no catalogue size or price list: each plant is designed for its own water.
Tell us the water source (sea, well, municipal or wastewater), the capacity in m³/day or m³/h, what the treated water is used for and, if you have it, a recent water analysis. Site details such as available space, power and existing equipment help too. Send them through the quote form and we will reply with the next steps.
Cost depends on capacity, raw water quality, the treated water standard, the number of treatment stages, materials of construction, the level of automation and the installation scope. Seawater and high-salinity water need more pre-treatment and higher-pressure equipment than well or municipal water. We do not publish prices; every system is quoted from your project data.
A typical AFG project runs from water analysis and needs assessment through consultancy, design and engineering, manufacturing and quality control, then installation and commissioning, operator training, periodic maintenance, technical service and spare parts. The exact scope for a UAE or GCC site is agreed in the quote, so tell us what support you need.
The reference projects on this site run from 360 to 9,225 m³/day. They include a 9,225 m³/day municipal arsenic, iron and manganese plant, a seawater RO upgrade raised from 4,000 to 6,000 m³/day, hotel seawater plants and greenhouse RO systems. Each was engineered for its own water, so new projects are sized from scratch.
Capacity and source water are enough to start. A full analysis lets our engineers choose the right membranes and pre-treatment.
